Health tip: We all need the sun

Our older readers may remember getting cod liver oil fed to them as a child. It tasted terrible but it was a great health tonic. It contained Vitamin D, an important vitamin for ensuring we have strong bones. Very few foods have Vitamin D in them and the sun is our main source (around 80 per cent). Read more here.
